How do I order?

Everything is listed on our Etsy shop. Pick the piece, check size and lead time on the listing, and checkout there. Custom work starts with an email.
Do you make custom pieces?

Yes. Hats, belts, bags, and hide goods can be made to measure or to a reference. Write to info@craftivoleather.com with what you need — quantity, size, and a photo if you have one.
Where is the work made?

Every piece is cut and stitched by hand in Pakistan, then shipped from the shop. No factory line — one workshop, one bench.
What materials do you use?

Full grain and hair-on hide, patchwork leather, and wool for rugs and carpets. Each listing on Etsy names the hide and finish for that piece.
How long does shipping take?

Ready pieces ship according to the Etsy listing. Made-to-order work is quoted by email. We pack so the leather arrives the way it left the bench.
Wholesale or private label?

We work with shops and brands on small runs. Email info@craftivoleather.com with quantities and we’ll send a note from the studio.
